Single concrete runway 04/22, 3,900 m x 50 m, the longest runway in Switzerland; landing distance available is 3,570 m on RWY 04 and 3,900 m on RWY 22, with ILS CAT I on 04 and CAT IIIb on 22, and RWY 22 as the preferential runway. The runway was redesignated from 05/23 to 04/22 on 13 September 2018. In 2024 the airport handled 17,796,333 passengers (+7.97 percent) and 179,106 aircraft movements (+3.62 percent), plus 92,621 tonnes of cargo. Business and general aviation use Terminal 3, the dedicated Business Aviation Terminal at the south-west end of the field about 2 km from Terminal 1, with VIP lounges and on-site immigration and customs. Jet Aviation Geneva is IS-BAH Stage 2 registered, has three executive lounges, crew snooze rooms and showers, an EASA Part 145 maintenance organisation with Boeing, Bombardier and Gulfstream authorisations, and can handle aircraft up to Boeing 747. Signature Aviation also operates at GVA after acquiring TAG Aviation's Geneva and Sion FBOs in 2020.
