Compliance and safety

Every charter we broker still runs on the same operator, aircraft, insurance and crew diligence as a wire-paid trip: AOC verification under FAA Part 135, EASA CAT, or an ICAO-equivalent regulator, plus insurance certificates that meet or exceed the Chicago Convention and EU Regulation 785/2004 minimums.

We do standard passenger KYC on the lead traveller (government-issued ID, sanctions screening) exactly as we would on a fiat booking. Corporate bookers also confirm ultimate beneficial ownership. This is not different because you paid on-chain.

Deposit addresses are generated per invoice and are never reused. We do not custody client funds, we do not run a hosted wallet product, and we hold no client stablecoin balances between trips.

Frequently asked

Is this actually cheaper than paying by wire?
Yes, in two ways. First, the network fee itself is tiny: TRC-20 USDT is about 1 USD, Solana USDC is cents, versus a typical 45 to 65 USD SWIFT wire. Second, we do not add a card-processing surcharge (charter margins on cards are usually 2.5 to 3.5%). If you pay in stablecoin, the price on the invoice is the price you send.
What's the smallest and largest amount you'll accept?
There's no minimum on our side beyond what a wallet can send. The largest single-transaction crypto payment we've settled to date is in the low seven figures USDT for a long-haul heavy-jet charter. For very large trips we'll usually split the payment across two chains to stay well under any per-chain volume threshold.
How fast is the confirmation?
Tron USDT (TRC-20): about 1 to 3 minutes for a single confirmation, which is what we require. Solana USDC: under a minute. Ethereum USDT / USDC: 3 to 5 minutes for 6 confirmations. BTC base layer: about 10 to 20 minutes for 2 confirmations. Lightning: seconds.
What if the price of BTC or ETH moves while I'm sending?
The invoice locks the BTC/USDT or ETH/USDT rate for 30 minutes from the moment we send it. If you send within that window at the quoted amount, we cover any market move. Past 30 minutes the invoice re-quotes at the new rate.
Do I get a proper receipt?
Yes. A VAT-conforming invoice from the operator or from our brokerage entity (whichever applies to the trip), with the on-chain transaction hash printed on the document so your accountant can audit-trail the payment back to the block explorer.
Can I pay half in crypto and half by wire?
Yes. This is common on larger trips where the client wants to keep part of the treasury on-chain and part in a bank account. We split the invoice into two payment instructions and release the aircraft once both are confirmed.
What about refunds if the trip is cancelled?
If cancellation fees allow a refund under the charter agreement (typically outside the operator's cancellation window), we return the refunded amount in USDT on the chain of your choice, to a wallet address you specify. Refunds in BTC or ETH are settled in the fiat-equivalent USDT value at cancellation time to remove market risk.
Do you accept any coin that's not on the list?
For stablecoins on major chains (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, BNB Smart Chain), yes, on request. We do not accept privacy coins (Monero, Zcash shielded transactions) or coins on chains we cannot get institutional-grade block-explorer coverage for.
Is there a KYC or AML process specific to crypto?
Standard passenger and booker KYC applies to every charter regardless of payment method. Above certain thresholds we run additional beneficial-ownership checks per our AML policy, which is the same policy that applies to large fiat wires. You do not need to send us a wallet screenshot or your on-chain history.
Which network do you recommend for USDT?
Tron (TRC-20) for cost and speed. Solana if you're already on Solana. Ethereum (ERC-20) if that's what your custody solution requires. All three settle in minutes and cost less than 5 USD in network fees at most times.
